Dr. KOUADIO Kouakou Olivier Raoul

Born on June 6, 1985, at the Yamoussoukro maternity hospital, Dr. KOUADIO Kouakou Olivier Raoul, known as "Holy Spirit," is an Ivorian national and a member of the CMA (Christian Missionary Alliance) church in Côte d'Ivoire, a church originating in the United States. He is married to a French woman. He is currently a lecturer and researcher at Peleforo GON COULIBALY University in Korhogo.

After obtaining his Master's degree in Geology from Félix Houphouët-Boigny University in 2009, he was selected to pursue a Master's degree in Science, Technology, and Health, specializing in Geosciences, Planets, Resources, and Environment, with a focus on Soils, Water, and the Environment, at Henri Poincaré University of Nancy 1 (France), which he completed with distinction. Seeking to acquire and develop his leadership and managerial skills, he then opted for a second Master's degree, this time in Law, Economics, and Management, specializing in Business Administration, with a focus on Management and Organizational Development, at Paul Verlaine University of Metz, now known as the University of Lorraine (France). To further his education, the President was selected to pursue a Certificate in Management and Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance and Accounting from the ALTIS Post Graduated Business School – Catholic University of Milan (Italy), which he successfully completed to teach in a program called E4impact. Having completed his studies in Management, Economics, and Finance, the President returned to his initial field of study in geology, culminating in a doctorate in Earth Sciences, specializing in Hydrogeology with a focus on Environmental Engineering and Sanitation. He earned this doctorate with highest honors and received the jury's highest commendation. Aware of the responsibilities he would later assume as President of Côte d'Ivoire, the President also obtained 108 World Bank certificates in a wide range of areas, demonstrating his adaptability and ability to lead and make sound decisions.
